What Our Warranty Covers

We offer a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects, including:

• Stitching or weaving faults not caused by normal use
• Structural defects present upon arrival
• Incorrect item received (wrong design or size)

What Is Not Covered

Our warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper washing
• Normal wear and tear over time
• Color fading due to exposure to sunlight or harsh cleaning products
• Damage caused during improper third-party handling after delivery

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or with a defect:

1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
2. Provide clear photos or video of the issue
3. We will review your case and respond promptly

If approved, we will offer:

• A replacement item, or
• A partial or full refund depending on the situation

Custom Orders

Custom-made blankets are created specifically for you. Because of this, small variations in color, pattern, or texture may occur — this is part of the handmade nature and is not considered a defect.
