2. Delivery Time
- Regular items: International delivery usually takes 7–10 business days, depending on the destination country.
- Custom-made items: May take longer due to production time and order volume.
For custom orders, we will notify you when:
- Your order enters production
- Your item is completed
- Your order is ready for shipping
Once shipped, we will provide you with a confirmation email, invoice, and tracking number.
3. Order Confirmation
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation via email and/or WhatsApp once your order has been successfully received and processed.
4. Order Cancellation
You may request a cancellation by contacting us via PayPal, WhatsApp, or email.
- If the order has not yet been shipped, you are eligible for a refund.
- If the order has already been shipped, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs before a refund can be issued.
Custom-made or personalized orders may not always be eligible for cancellation once production has started.
5. Returns & Refunds
Refunds are only issued under the following conditions:
- Item arrives damaged or defective
- Wrong item was delivered
To process a refund or replacement, customers must contact us within a reasonable time after delivery and provide photo or video evidence of the issue.
