• You agree to pay the full amount for the selected products
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if necessary (for example: stock issues, payment problems, or suspicious activity)

We accept payments through secure third-party providers such as PayPal and other payment methods shown at checkout.

• Payments must be completed in full before production or shipping begins
• We do not store any payment details on our website

• We ship orders once payment is confirmed
• Delivery times may vary depending on destination and product type
• Custom-made items may require additional production time
• We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or external events

Custom orders are made specifically for the customer.

• These items may take longer to produce
• Small variations are expected due to handmade production
• Custom orders may not always be eligible for return unless defective

7. Refunds & Returns

We aim for customer satisfaction, but due to the nature of handmade products:

• Refunds or replacements are only offered for damaged or defective items
• Customers must report issues within a reasonable time after delivery (recommended: 48–72 hours)
• Proof (photos or video) may be required before approval

Approved refunds or replacements will be handled fairly based on the situation.
